Although Engineers are always on duty during normal building hours, certain services are not provided on weekends and the holidays listed above.

Should you require cleaning, heating, ventilation, air conditioning or other special services on any of the above holidays, Click here to login and submit a Service Requests for after-hour or holiday services. Building staff and contractors observe these holidays; therefore, you will be charged for any building services rendered on these days unless your lease stipulates otherwise. Management can provide you with an estimate for any of the above services.
