We recently completed the addition of a dedicated Wellness/Mother’s Room withing the 200 Mass Building, designed to provide a comfortable and private space for our tenants. 

Recognizing the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and understanding the unique needs of you all, we have created this space with your comfort and convenience in mind. Whether you are a nursing mother seeking a quiet and relaxing environment, or an individual looking for a quiet space with some tranquility, our Wellness/Mother’s Room is here for that.  Please reach out to the Management office for access. At this time, the space is available on a first come first serve basis. We appreciate your mindfulness in how the space is used.

  1. What is a wellness or mother’s room?
    A wellness/mother’s room is a dedicated space designed to provide a comfortable and private environment to cater to the needs of mothers, particularly those who are breastfeeding or require a private and comfortable area for various wellness-related activities. for mothers who need to breastfeed, pump, or tend to their baby’s needs. It provides a private and quiet environment where employees can meditate, practice mindfulness, nurse their babies, or handle personal health-related matters.
  1. Where is the Wellness/Mother’s Room located? 
    Our wellness room is located on the 4th floor. Once on the floor take a right by suite 410, the wellness room is to the right. 
  1. How do I gain access to the Wellness/Mother’s Room? 
    Request for access should be sent to the Management office. 
  1. Who can use the Wellness/Mother’s Room? 
    The wellness room is available to all tenants within the building. It is meant to be an inclusive space where anyone can take advantage of its amenities and benefits. 
  1. What is available to me in the room?
    Comfortable seating, table, counterspace, and a sink.
  1. Any storage available?
    There are no storage in our room. Do not leave any personal items in the room. Any items left behind will be discarded at the end of the day. Capitol Crossing and Capitol Crossing Advisors are not responsible for lost or damaged items. 
  1. Is the Wellness/Mother’s room a shared space? 
    Yes! The space is open to all tenants of 200 & 250 Mass. 
  1. Is there a time limit for using the wellness room?
    To ensure fair access for all,  please limit your time in the wellness/mother’s room. Common time limits are around 15 to 30 minutes. 
  1. Can I use the wellness room for personal phone calls?
    The space is not intended for personal phone calls. Please refrain from using it for that purpose.
  1. Can I eat or drink in the room?
    It’s best to avoid eating lunch in the wellness room to maintain its cleanliness and ensure a pleasant experience for the next person. 
  1. How should I maintain cleanliness in the wellness room?
    The space should be left as it was found. If any spills or messes occur during your visit, it’s courteous to clean up after yourself. Additionally, report any maintenance issues or concerns to Management.
  1. Are there any guidelines for appropriate behavior in the wellness room? 
    Respect for others’ privacy and comfort is crucial when using the wellness room. Keep noise levels to a minimum and refrain from engaging in disruptive activities. Be mindful of its designated purposes. 
  1. How do I know if the space is in use? 
    There is a lock on the door. If marked “Occupied”, the room is in use. 
  1. Can I reserve the room for a specific time? 
    At this time, the room is intended to be used on a first come first serve basis. If we notice an increase in use, we will then add this to be reserved through the tenant portal. 
  1. How do I provide feedback?
    Your opinion is important to us. Any feedback and/or suggestions for improvement can be sent to Management.
