Parking
The parking garage servicing Capitol Crossing is located beneath 250 Massachusetts Ave. The entrance to the parking facility is at the corner of 3rd St and G St. NW. The parking facility is open 24-hours a day for those with monthly parking with their fobs. Visitor parking is available during the hours of operations listed below:

EV Charging
EV charging is available on P1, through Siemens (EvGateway) on a first-come first-serve basis and is free of charge for Capitol Crossing Members (please remove italic). Our EV chargers are not compatible with the RFID cards; charging is solely done through the app.
Charging as a Member
Remote Start
- Download the EvGateway mobile app from the App Store.
- Sign up with EvGateway or use the Pay as You Go feature to start a charging session.
- Plug in connector.
- Login to EvGateway Mobile App and scan the QR code.
- Click on Start Charging on the App.
How to become a Member
- Open the app and tap the menu icon.
- Select Coupons & Subscriptions.
- Choose Driver Group and find Capitol Crossing Advisor.
- Tap Join to become a member.
Once your request has been received, we will be able to approve and add you as a member.
Amenity Bay
For your convenience, we’ve added an amenity bay on P1. Here you will find a vacuum, air, battery charges, and window cleaning all free of charge. These parking spaces are for temporary use and should NOT be used as permanent parking.
Parking Validation
If you would like to provide parking validation for your guests and visitors, you can order validation tickets ahead of time.

- Full payment must be made before receiving the validation stickers.

Parking Vendor
The parking garage is managed and operated by Colonial Parking. Capitol Crossing is Lot 408. Fill out an application online or please reach out to them directly or to set up individual or corporate monthly accounts or with any questions.
